Troubleshooting Reference Submissions
- Strengths and Growth Sections – The Strengths and Concerns or Growth sections of the reference require five responses for each. If the reference does not offer five responses, the submit button will not work.
- Did not submit an answer for Questions or Concerns or Suggestions, Comments or Observations – If the respondent does not have feedback for these responses, they should insert “N/A” into the answer field.
- Browser connection issues – If all answers are completed, the reference can save their work using the “Quick Save” button and try submitting on a different browser.
- Call the Candidacy Office – If a reference is unsure if their response has been submitted, they can contact the candidacy office at candidacy@gbhem.org or by phone 615-340-7374.
