Candidate’s Reference is Unable to Submit Form

Troubleshooting Reference Submissions



  1. Strengths and Growth Sections – The Strengths and Concerns or Growth sections of the reference require five responses for each. If the reference does not offer five responses, the submit button will not work.

  2. Did not submit an answer for Questions or Concerns or Suggestions, Comments or Observations – If the respondent does not have feedback for these responses, they should insert “N/A” into the answer field.

  3. Browser connection issues – If all answers are completed, the reference can save their work using the “Quick Save” button and try submitting on a different browser.
  4. Call the Candidacy Office – If a reference is unsure if their response has been submitted, they can contact the candidacy office at or by phone 615-340-7374.
